From July 3 to 5, 2020, electronica China was held in halls 5.2&6.2 of National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Suzhou NOVOSENSE Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NOVOSENSE" or "NOVOSENSE Microelectronics") brought more than 40 chip products from three product lines (namely, isolation and port, sensor and signal conditioning), showcasing a variety of solutions in motor drive, power electronics, new energy, white household appliances and other fields.
Full category of digital isolators showcased
The full category of isolation devices, including more than 20 chips such as standard digital isolation, isolation door drive, isolation power supply, isolation sampling and isolation port from the isolation and port product lines, showcased at the exhibition, including the second-generation enhanced digital isolator based on the “Adaptive OOK?” technology.
NOVOSENSE digital isolator can be widely used in power supply, electric drive, electric power and other pan-energy industries, especially 5G base station, new energy vehicles, communication power supply and other fields.
Five I2C bus port chips released recently also made their debut at the show. NCA9xxx series I2C port chip is compatible with most MCU I/O levels, suitable for all kinds of power electronics, enterprise servers, personal computers and other consumer applications in the control bus design scenarios.
Analog temperature sensors made their debut at the exhibition
At this exhibition, the analog output temperature sensors from the sensor line made their debut, namely, NST20, NST235 and NST86.
In addition, small-size high-precision I2C port digital temperature sensor NST117, high-precision low-power I2C port digital temperature sensor NST112 and wafer-level packaged I2C port digital temperature sensor NST103 were also unveiled at the exhibition for the first time. With the characteristics of high precision, low power consumption, small size and various output modes, NOVOSENSE temperature sensor chip is suitable for a variety of temperature measurement scenarios in the field of intelligent home, wearable devices, small household appliances and other pan-IoT fields.
In addition to temperature sensors, the sensor line also showcased several integrated MEMS pressure sensor products for automotive and home appliance applications. This type of products covers the range of low and medium micro pressure ranges, and supports range customization. The NSPAS1 operates in a temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C and supports and reverse-voltage and over-voltage protection to meet stringent automotive applications. The comprehensive accuracy of the NSPGD1 can reach ±2%F.S. in the full temperature range, and the range is from -10KPa to 10kPa, which is especially suitable for smart home appliances and other applications.
A number of enhanced signal conditioning chips showcased
In recent years, NOVOSENSE signal conditioning product line has launched signal conditioning chips for pressure, magnetic, acoustic, photothermal and other sensors. The highlight of the product line at the exhibition was the unveiling of the enhanced signal conditioning product series for the second-generation pressure sensors. The product series includes the NSA(C)9260X automobile-level enhanced pressure sensor signal conditioning chip, NSA2860X EMC enhanced industrial transmitter universal conditioning chip, and NSA2862X EMC enhanced industrial IoT sensor signal conditioning chip. In addition, infrared pyroelectric intelligent night light control solution based on NSA3182 intelligent PIR sensor signal conditioning chip was also showcased at the exhibition. This solution can greatly simplify the design of the peripheral circuit and has the characteristics of ultra-low power consumption. It can automatically detect human movement and control the fading-up and fading-down of the night light.
Since 2016, NOVOSENSE has participated in the electronica China for five consecutive years. The annual electronic industry event has witnessed the development of NOVOSENSE.
